Would you carry out the design, and how does it work?

Yes, we have in-house CAD designers. So we would be delighted to discuss your requirements and then produce a quality plan for you to discuss. This gives you the opportunity to see your project before it has started!

Do you charge for re-planning my renovation?
No it is all part of our service.
Do you offer a supply and fit service?

Yes, we have a number of independent kitchen & bathroom team members who work with us so that we can provide to complete the work if that’s what you chose to do. This way there is only 1 point of contact- US!

However, we do also offer a SUPPLY ONLY service if you wish to use your own installer.

How long will it take to install a new bathroom/kitchen?

This is dependent on the size of the job. Once we have discussed your needs and planned your new installation we will be able to give an accurate timescale for completion.

How long will we lose our cooking/washing facilities?

You will lose all cooking and washing facilities until such time as the new appliances are installed, which is normally 5/7 days. But please bear in mind every job is different, so this could be longer.

How long will we be without toilet/bathing facilities?

Generally you are only without a toilet for the duration of the day when the replacement is being installed. But please bear in mind every job is different so this could be longer. Bathing facilities will be restricted until the tiling and the grouting have been completed.

Do you carry out all other work?

Yes we carry out all other work as specified/requested in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Do we have to be home whilst work underway?

No – our installers are quite happy to be left on their own. However, we will ask that you leave a contact number for any emergencies. Our installers also have a proven record of working in peoples houses unsupervised.

What happens to the rubbish?

Usually a skip is arranged to be onsite for the disposal of all rubbish/packaging. If this isn’t ideal or suitable then please do let us know and we can make alternative arrangements

How much does a renovation cost?

There’s no way to truly estimate this as it all depends on what exactly you are looking for and the budget you have in mind.
