Had our bathroom completed by simply group, . Simply group provided a lot of support and guidance and answered all our questions.

We recently hired Simply Group to install two en suites and reconfigure one bathroom to convert a single shower into a double — this involved moving a door and rebuilding an internal wall. From start to finish the team delivered outstanding workmanship: precise, efficient and finished to the highest standard. They communicated clearly, kept the site tidy and went out of their way to minimise disruption to our home. The installers were professional, reliable and respectful throughout. I highly recommend Simply Group to anyone looking for honest, high-quality bathroom renovations.

I would highly recommend this company, the whole service was very professional. Paul done an excellent job renovating the bathroom, exactly how I envisioned it!

Tasked to convert the bath to a shower and install 2 new toilets, which also required a new waste pipe and a redo of the flooring and tiles. Barty was very quick and efficient with his consultation. John and Josh, did a fantastic job overall and only took 4 days in total. They were pleasant and respectful. Debbie and Stacey were very helpful behind the scenes, keeping me up to date and sorting any issues that occurred. Reasonably priced and great quality. Highly recommend!

I always knew I had a big job to do in a small room, I still don't know how these guys managed it, I had my old shower room taken out including the floor and had the whole lot renewed, floor and walls were tiled, new shower and toilet installed. The guys were brilliant , a fantastic team who gave me day to day updates and even took all the rubbish away after the job was finished . I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone who requires work to be done, they are brilliant and very curtious and I will be using them again Shaun

We moved into a house with an awkward shaped bathroom and terrible plumbing. Barty came to our house and listened to our concerns about the bathroom and was very professional. He didn’t push the hard sell like other bathroom companies we’ve tried. The package we went for massively simplified the process and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We’d really like to thank Craig, Lee and Tim for installing the bathroom in under a week and to such a high standard (pictures attached.) Professionals who went above and beyond to sort our awful plumbing. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Bathroom refit by Simply Group fantastic result. Team were professional and worked hard to get the finish I was happy with. Kept me informed and listened to my input so I felt involved in the fitting. Felt comfortable with them in my home and the work throughout was to a great standard. Josh the fitter went out of his way to make sure we were 100% happy would definitely use them again.

Couldn't recomend the Simply group any more than I could. They gave me a date and time when they would start my new bathroom and they didn't let me down. We had full communication from start to finish. Nothing was an issue for them, even answering questions late into the evening when you think of things to ask or say. Even when small issues raised their head during the install, these were dealt with fast and professionally. Nothing was a problem. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Simply Group for your new bathroom. Barty & Debbie are always available to answer any concerns or worries you may have.

This is well overdue. Had my bathroom installed September 2024. Should have just went with Simply Group from the start rather than looking elsewhere. The work carried out has been fantastic. Everything that I’ve asked for has been done. They covered all aspects of the job from the plumbing to the electrics, so no reliance on other trades to come in. Any issues that occurred was dealt with. My house was an old Victorian house so I had some challenges that they sorted out. Could not be more happier with the outcome of the bathroom. Hope the pictures show how amazing the result of the finished bathroom.

Had them out to quote for a bathroom. They listened to everything I was asking for, took time to explain everything clearly. Didn't try and push me into any quick decisions. Genuinely nice family run business. Looking forward to receiving my quotes and hopefully booking in my new bathroom with them.

Had Barty from Simply Group out to gives us a quote for a bathroom refit. Arrived on time and notified us he was on his way. Explained everything we needed for the bathroom, measred up and gave us his brochure. Listened to any questions we had and explained our options in detail. Not pushy, no hard sell or pressure to commit. Came back out to answer mire questions we had no problem at all. All round great service. If you're looking at getting a bathroom, shower etc done I would recommend giving them a call.

Barty visited our home to survey the bathroom. He is a delightful man who explained all the options available and answered all our questions and concerns regarding the job. We both felt that Simply Group NE are a professional and trustworthy company and they are on our A list.

Barty and the guys did an amazing job at renovating our utility room and shower room, so much so that we’re asking them to continue work on other rooms in the house!
